The Kingdom server strives to give more purpose to the Rust Environment by creating a Realm (team) system to encourage community assistance and global objectives. Each player that joins this server must choose one of various Realms. This choice is permanent so check with your friends before joining one. After selection you are now part of a Realm which provides a few benefits. Players on the same Realm cannot kill each other or destroy structures built by one another. Realms can receive gathering bonuses as well as crafting time decrease bonuses (see below). There is a specially designed War Area (located in the sky) which players can travel to. The War Area is a no build and no deploy area which consists of several designed fighting areas each of which contains a capturable Flag. These Flags provide different Realm Bonuses. To capture a flag simply stand near it for a period of time and it will be claimed by your Realm. Flags are defenseless unless upgraded. To upgrade a Flag hit it with a 'Wooden Hammer'. Each upgrade will deploy a Turret to protect the Flag. Not happy with the rotation of the Turret? Simply press reload ('R') while looking at the Turret to have it rotate. If you find a damaged Turret you can repair it by hitting it with your 'Wooden Hammer'. Players are given Fighting Gear when they enter the War Area and ammunition is unlimited. So even if you are new feel free to check it out and see if you can jump start your Realms progress with some Flag captures.
